Callaway Bookkeeping

I am the proud owner, operator, and bookkeeper of Callaway Bookkeeping. I established this business after relocating to sunny South Carolina and discovering the abundance of incredible small businesses in the area. Recognizing the need for exceptional bookkeeping services to help these companies thrive and grow, I set out to provide top-notch support through Callaway Bookkeeping.

Although my background is in interior design, I shifted my focus to bookkeeping and began my career as an Office Manager at a disaster restoration construction company. I eventually advanced to the role of a full charge bookkeeper, despite having no prior experience in the field. I completed a continuing education course in QuickBooks from the University of Georgia to gain mastery over the craft.

Over time, I expanded my skills and accepted a position at Smart Accounting Solutions, where I managed bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax for multiple clients. I worked closely with a Tax Preparer to ensure the highest level of service. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, I used the opportunity to further my education and obtained my QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification. I also completed courses for the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers while working as a contractor for a freelance bookkeeping company based in New York.

After moving to Summerville, SC last summer, I was captivated by the vibrant community and felt compelled to start my own bookkeeping company. And now, here we are, ready to give your business the boost it deserves with Callaway Bookkeeping.
